Barra founded Foursquare Financial Management with a simple conviction: that people approaching and living through retirement deserve financial advice that is clear, considered, and genuinely on their side.

With over two decades in financial services — including roles at the Prudential, Barclays Wealth, and Positive Solutions — Barra brings deep expertise in retirement planning, estate planning, and later life wealth management. He holds the Chartered Financial Planner designation, is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, and is one of a small number of advisers in Northern Ireland to hold full accredited membership of the Society of Later Life Advisers.

Outside of work, Barra enjoys walking, reading, and spending time with his family.

Alfie began her career in financial services in 2017, starting in the mortgage industry before moving into wealth management in 2020. She is driven by a genuine passion for helping others and brings warmth and efficiency to every client interaction.

Outside of work, Alfie explores the UK in her campervan with her partner and dog, creates shell art, and is currently working towards her black belt in martial arts at Dan Bo Nim level.

Kellie manages the administration team, the workflows that keep the business running, and the processes that ensure every client’s affairs are handled smoothly and on time. She brings calm, organised energy to everything she does.

Outside of work, you’ll find Kellie on walking adventures with her kids and the family dog.
